I am Dylan Zhang.

My Chinese name is 张栋磊 (zhāng dòng lěi). I am an assistant manager at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Research, currently based in Shenzhen. My research spans the fields of commercial properties, industrial transformation and urban development.

I am an alumnus of Zhejiang University (ZJU) and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Outside of research, I enjoy watching documentaries, playing sandbox games, and reading novels.
